Geraldine Delaney

Dental Technician, Orthodontics.

Geraldine qualified as a Dental Technician in 1997, graduating with a BTEC National Diploma in Dental Technology from Belfast School of Dentistry. She joined McDowell + Service immediately after qualifying and has dedicated her career to the field of orthodontics, developing extensive expertise in the manufacture of occlusal.devices.

As Head of Orthodontics since 2013, Geraldine oversees all aspects of the department, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy and service. Her wealth of technical knowledge and commitment to excellence make her a trusted resource for clinicians throughout Ireland and the UK.

Geraldine is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC).

Stephen Ginn RDT, MDTA

Senior Dental Technician & Former Managing Director

Stephen has nearly 45 years’ experience in dental technology, completing his training at Manchester Metropolitan University and qualifying in 1987 with full distinctions, receiving the Charles Whitbread Memorial Trophy. He joined McDowell & Service in 1995 and, following a management buyout in 2000, became a shareholder and served as Managing Director for 25 years.

Now working as a Senior Dental Technician, Stephen continues to contribute his extensive experience in Crown & Bridge, with a particular interest in advanced restorative work and occlusion.
Outside the laboratory, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, particularly his grandchildren, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
